Cassper Nyovest Recounts Weight Loss Journey: Talented and versatile South African music boss and entrepreneur, Cassper Nyovest has taken a breather down his weight loss memory lane.
The music maester started the journey to losing weight and building the body of his dreams several months ago and it has paid off quite nicely.
He spoke about the changes he had to make to his lifestyle, diet and even how working out everyday challenged him and even though he thought it would get easier, it only got harder but he’s in a better shape than before.
Cassper said he doesn’t wish to go back to his previous shape and he wants to retain how he looks now. He shared a picture of himself before and after and we can definitely see the difference. He is also gearing up for his match with NaakMuisQ and we can’t say if he isn’t prepared because he looks it.
“I can’t explain how proud I am of myself. This was by far the hardest weight loss journey for me cause I have done this 3 times now and I now knew exactly what it would take for me to get back in shape. To be honest, mentally I didn’t feel like I was as strong as I once was and I was demoralized.
It’s supposed to get easier by the day but it got harder and harder. I just kept waking up and going. Lost touch with a lot of relationships and people cause I just zoned into this goal I have and I had no time for anyone but myself. Looking at these pictures now I’m in awe of myself. I owe it to myself never to let myself go like that again” he wrote.

We 4 weeks out Boyz!!!! Let’s Put on a show!!! I’M BACK!!!” Cassper appreciated people who supported him through the weight loss journey.
